Vision Board Fun

This past weekend was my in-person Vision Board workshop.  I started with a deep breathing activity to open up participants' hearts and minds, followed by questions to help get everyone focused on their intentions for the new year. 

What I loved was how many of the participants, when asked what their favorite part of the workshop was, responded with a comment about sharing time and energy with creative women, the camaraderie, and the sense of community they experienced.

Most of us agreed that 2023 was a year of so much loss and upheaval, yet here we were now - laughing, cutting, pasting, and encouraging each other.  From my perspective as a teacher, it does not get any better than being a small part of this miracle.
