The Best Lemon Zucchini Bread

I make this recipe frequently cuz it’s easy and delicious. The only changes I make to the recipe are using regular flour, and making the glaze on top less sweet. I only use 1/2 cup of confectioners sugar mixed in with the lemon juice, as I prefer a more tart topping. The glaze just melts into the bread! Hope you enjoy it.
